This 5 Minute Broccoli Slaw will be one of my go-to side dishes for summer. I ate it soon after I made it, and the next day. The slaw softens up overnight, which I preferred, but either way is delicious. I made this recipe to be carb-conscious by using Stevia drops. If you are not limiting your sugar, use whatever sweetener you prefer. All you have to do is mix and chill; it does not get any easier than that! It is a perfect side dish for anything on the grill this summer.

5 Minute Broccoli Slaw Recipe Notes
Using the trail mix shown below the total carb count came out to 4.1 net/serving. If you can’t find this one, find something comparable. Sliced almonds, sunflower seeds, or pepitas would be an easy substitute as well.
For cajun spice, my favorite is Slap Ya’ Mama. Keep it in your pantry for an easy way to spice up chicken, fish, salads, etc.

What a creative salad!! Love it for the summer months, and I absolutely love the addition of the trail mix – so clever and definitely something I need to implement in my next salad!
oh i am so feeling this salad, and I agree totally would be a summer staple. i wonder if i could use instead of mayo cashew cheese sauce? that sounds kind of interesting. this would be great as a side to grilled chicken.
I’m sure you could substitute it with good results. Maybe even a good veganaise!
