Keto Turkey Club Wrap

I started this Keto Turkey Club Wrap post in the morning around 7:30 intending on having it ready to go by lunchtime.  After glancing at the sale ads I saw that my Fresh Thyme was having a great sale on bacon. It was only 2.99/lb WOW!  Naturally, I had to drop what I was doing and go get some.

I saved the post and ran a few errands only to look down and see that my diamond was missing from my wedding ring.  Talk about immense feelings of dread and sadness.  Needless to say, I retraced my steps for 5 hours going through everything I did. From crawling through parking lots, calling everywhere, sweeping my house at least 5 times and guess what, I found it on the ground at Fresh Thyme, my first stop of the day.  I was about to give up. I looked down as we were leaving and there it was peeking out from the corner of a display. My tears were instant and gave my oldest son a hug, he was a fantastic helper. Now I owe him 5000 cookies as per our agreement because he insists he saw it first.

As much as I want to tell you how amazing and easy this recipe is all I can think of is how grateful  I am that I found my diamond. On the floor of a grocery store, 5 hours later.  I will leave it up to you to make this BLTT.  It is one of my favorite recipes for lunch or an easy dinner.

A huge thank you goes out to all of the readers, cooks, food enthusiasts, friends, and keto warriors who support this blog! Come and follow our Facebook page where we post all of our new recipes and ideas!

Turkey BLT Wrap

Cuisine Low Carb, Quick and Easy, Summer
Cook Time 5 minutes
Total Time 5 minutes
Servings 2 people
Calories 512

Ingredients

  • 6 leaves boston lettuce leaves separated and cleaned
  • 4-6 slices bacon thick cut, cooked
  • 3 slices tomato
  • 6 ounces turkey
  • 2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 ounces cheese american or cheddar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Cook your bacon. Either in a skillet or preheat the oven to 375° place a cooling rack on a rimmed cookie sheet and lay the bacon on the cooling rack so the fat can drip away as it cooks. Bake in the oven for 15-25 minutes depending on how done you like it.
  • Take your lettuce and spread some mayo on it, add a little turkey, sprinkle a little cheese, add 1 piece of bacon. I break 1 slice into 2 pieces so it fits better. Top with half a slice of tomato and sprinkle with salt and pepper. ENJOY!
