This Keto Smoked Salmon Flatbread is the perfect addition to any brunch or appetizer spread. It uses the versatile fathead crust that is very popular in the low carb community. The toppings that you can add to this are endless but I really enjoyed this Keto Smoked Salmon Flatbread version. It was reminiscent of one of my all-time favorite vacation meals, lox and cream cheese on an everything bagel. I was using parchment paper often to make this crust, then I found these mats pictured below on Amazon, they are reusable and eliminates the need for parchment. Just place them on top of the cookie sheet! Enjoy!
