Prepare the fathead crust as directed, omit the oregano, through step 4. Bake until cooked and golden brown. Remove and let it cool.
Mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, and salt and pepper until smooth. Spread this mixture evenly over the cooled crust. Next evenly distribute the salmon over the cream cheese mixture. Top with the greens, onion, capers, and egg. Use a large knife or a pizza cutter to slice. Serve immediately or chill for later.
