Best of January 2018

This winter has been brutal, between the flu and strep throat that simultaneously swept through our house and the frigid temperatures I am very much looking forward to spring! Don’t get me wrong, I love winter and the fun it brings with sledding and playing in the snow but this girl is ready for some sunshine.

One thing is for sure, the 90-second bread is not going anywhere anytime soon. People love it, we love it. The low carb and keto community are continually growing and low carb alternatives are a growing demand. I am excited that the salad dressing recipe made the top 5, I have a homemade ranch powder that I am going to share this month that you are going to LOVE! The breakfast bake is always in the top 10 and it is one of my earlier recipes. I am going to try and come up with a new variation of that to share with everyone. I know having breakfast ready to grab and go in the morning makes everything just a little bit easier. One last thing to share is the products from Amazon under the recipe links, these were the most popular items bought by my readers this month.

My little blog project has been up and running for just over a year now. What started as a little project to organize and share all my recipes is growing by the day. Thank you to everyone who continues to support me and Table and a Chair. Without the shares, likes, pins, and tweets the growth I am seeing just wouldn’t be possible.

  1. I wonder if my husband would like that LAVASH bread you recommended up there. He had the best EVER lavash when we were in Scotland and legit cannot stop talking about it – however, it was NOT low in carbs and didn’t contain healthy ingredients like flax, ha! I have a FEELING he would be able to tell the difference! 😉

  2. That’s a very useful roundup! I took a look at the 90second bread and am definitely going to give it a try. We always have coconut flour at home for baking, although we don’t have problems with AP flour. Looking forward to it!

  3. Thank you for doing a post like this! There are so many bloggers I love to follow, but I feel like I always miss some of their recipes because of lack of time and bad social media algorithms so I’m in love with recaps. I’ve been super curious about fathead dough! I’m not keto, but I keep seeing it in the keto groups I’m in and since I am GF it’s appealing! Also I NEED to try that creamy herb dressing, it looks exactly like one that a local restaurant has and I could honestly drink that stuff.

  4. I just checked out the 90 second bread and it looks incredible! And made with only a handful of ingredients too. I’ll definitely be giving that one a try. Thanks for sharing!
