Best of April 2018

This round up is one of my favorites thus far. I am so excited a few spring veggies made the list this month. These radishes are simply amazing. I liked them so much I am testing other recipes so I can incorporate them into my diet more. As soon as those recipes are ready I will be sure to share them with everyone! The asparagus recipe has a delicateness to it that is perfectly complemented by just a touch of lemon flavor. It is the perfect spring recipe for asparagus. All of these recipes fall into the low carb category. I’m not surprised that that lavash chips made it to the top 5. I have been eating them for breakfast at least three times a week with my egg salad. They really are a great low carb cracker that are excellent with dips, cheese, salads, and anything else you may want to add a little crunch too.

Last month I was whining a bit because winter and it’s cold weather was still holding strong but, with slight hesitation, I am happy to announce spring FINALLY made it to Ohio. Time to get outside and enjoy some fresh air, sunshine, and warm breezes. The morel mushrooms are a little behind as the temps are just now about perfect for them to pop. I found a few small ones but plan on looking this weekend in a few spots. Keep an eye on my Instagram to see how the hunt went!

I have to give a HUGE thanks to everyone who takes the time to read, rate, and share my recipes. I know your time is precious and I want you to know the time you spend here is greatly appreciated by not only myself but my family as well. THANK YOU!
