Over medium heat add the broccoli, minced garlic, and 2 tablespoons of water to the skillet, heat to a simmer until the broccoli is warm and the water is almost all evaporated (about 3 to 4 minutes).
reduce the heat to low, add the oil, and give it a stir, now add the eggs and mix all around with a spatula, mixing until the eggs are all cooked (about 1 minute).
Season with salt and pepper and red pepper flakes. Transfer to a bowl, and top with the grated cheese and truffle salt if using.
