Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound bacon diced
  • 10 ounce package broccoli slaw buy premade or grate your own from broccoli stalks
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 ounces blue cheese crumbled
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon worcestershire
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 2 tablespoons red onion minced
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Dice the bacon and fry up until crispy. Remove bacon to a paper towel lined plate to cool and make the dressing.
  • Mix together mayo, blue cheese, green onion, parsley, worcestershire, lemon juice, and red onion. Toss with the broccoli slaw until well coated and then mix in the cooled bacon. Season with salt and pepper to taste. It depends on how salty your blue cheese and bacon are. Sometimes I omit the salt altogether. Serve immediately or chill for later.
