Pat the steaks dry then cut into one inch cubes. In a bowl, toss with all ingredients and let them sit room temp for 15-20 minutes while you preheat the oven.
Place the meat on metal skewers then on a baking tray lined with a rack.
Place on the top rack of the oven and broil undisturbed for 4-5 minutes. Using tongs, carefully flip the skewers, place under broiler one more time for 4-5 minutes. Remove from the oven and let them rest for at least 5 minutes.
OR
Place on a hot outdoor grill for 4-5 minutes/ side until charred a bit and cooked though!
