alotcracked black pepper to taste, I use about 20 twists

Instructions
In a mixing bowl break up the blue cheese into small crumbles.
Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, green onions, onion salt, and half the black pepper. Mix with a spatula smashing any big chunks of blues cheese along the side of the bowl as you go. A few small chunks are fine but you want most of it broken up.
Taste to see if you owuld like more pepper and add as desired. Add 1 tablespoon of water or milk and mix in. Keep doing this until you reach your desired consitiancy. I usually like about 3 tablespoons.
Cover and chill for at least an hour then enjoy as a dressing on your salad, wings, or veggie dip.
