Thank you to everyone who took the time to share, pin, tweet, comment, like and stumble my recipes this month. Every share, tweet, pin, comment, click, yum, stumble, and like gets me closer to my ultimate goal of being able to help support my young family while sharing my love for food and cooking. Here is the round up of the most popular recipes for the month of September. I am pretty excited about the favorites for this month. The cauliflower casserole is the first time my husband ate cauliflower and liked it, which is saying a lot. Since he is on board with it now we have a new veggie to add to the weekly rotation which is awesome! The low carb pizza crust is a game changer for people on keto or low carb diets. It is just yummy. Someone in a recipe group I am part of said she makes little individual ones and places them prebaked in her fridge for a quick meal. I am going to play with that idea this month. The one downside of eating low carb is that it involves a ton of prep/cooking, so this could be an awesome way to have a quick meal prepped! Chicken Pizza Bianca, two months running now in the top 5. What is not to like, cheesy goodness over perfectly sautéed chicken, YUM! Kielbasa and cabbage skillet is one of my all-time favorite meals. It is cheap, delicious, fast, and easy. I am happy to see others embracing this quick weeknight meal as well. Rounding out the top 5 is of all things, egg salad! I love a good egg salad and I posted a debate on whether or not relish belonged in it. I found out people are passionate about what belongs in their egg salad! It was a split vote, half for and hold NO WAY. I am on the side of NO WAY but it was really fun to see everyone’s strong opinions on that one. Once again thank you to everyone for their support and keeping my little blog alive, I can’t wait to see what October brings!
