Peach Ginger Smoothie

Equipment

  • 1 Blender

Ingredients

  • 1 peach pitted and cut
  • 1 1/2 inch fresh ginger trimmed and cut*
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup cottage cheese I use a whole milk variety,
  • 1 date chopped and pitted*
  • 2/3 cup milk traditional, almond, oat whatever you like
  • 1/2 cup ice about 4 cubes

Instructions

  • Add 1 peach, 1 1/2 inch fresh ginger, 1 Tablespoon chia seeds, 1/3 cup cottage cheese, 1 date, 2/3 cup milk, 1/2 cup ice to a blender and blend well until everything is smooth and creamy. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!

Notes

I use a knife to trim the skin off the ginger, you can buy dates that are already pitted. I use these.
