Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut water no added sugar variety
  • 1/2 lime juice from 1/2 lime
  • 3 ounces blackberries fresh or frozen (about 1 cup)
  • 3 ounces pineapple fresh or frozen (about 1 cup)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 8-10 leaves basil or mint

Instructions

  • Using a blender such as Vitamix, add all ingredients, blend together until smooth, and enjoy
