Pastry Blender
- 12 ounces Imitation Crab I use Crab Classic brand
- 1 serrano pepper minced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 scallions diced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Place the meat in a large bowl and break it apart really well. Most of the time I use a pastry blender to make quick work of it or throw it in my Kitchen Aid Mixer and mix it on low until it is all broken apart.
After the meat is all broken apart add the rest of your ingredient and mix it up with a spatula or spoon. Chill it for at least an hour if you can for the best flavor.
