Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425° Prepare the fathead dough through step 2 then dump on either parchment paper or a silicone mat. For this preparation I use the mat and use a piece of parchment paper to place over it and very gently spread the dough out with my hands using the parchment paper in between my hands and the dough. I spread it out from the middle applying gentle pressure and picking up the paper to move around if needed until it is all around the same thickness. Then take a pizza cutter and cut them into small pieces. They do not have to be perfect just large enough to wrap around a sausage.
Now pick up a piece of dough and wrap each sausage. Keep going until they are all wrapped. We had extra and just baked them as well, they make tasty little crackers.
Sprinkle them with garlic salt and place in the preheated oven. Bake them for 15 minutes. Check after 13 to make sure they do not burn. Enjoy!
