Ingredients
1pintcherry tomatoes
18 oz tub ciliegine fresh mozzarella
1bunch fresh basil
olive oil
coarse sea salt
cracked black pepper
cocktail picks
Instructions
Rinse the cherry tomatoes and cut in half any that are extremely large or too big to be bite size. One at a time place 1 tomato, a piece of basil leaf, and a mozzarella ball on each skewer. Place them on a platter. When they are all filled and you are ready to serve drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
