Ingredients

  • .75 cup cashew milk I use Silk Unsweetened
  • 1 drop peppermint extract
  • 1 scoop (23g) whey protein powder plain
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1-2 teaspoons sweetener I used 1 splenda packet, use more if you like it on the sweeter side
  • 4-6 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 15-30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
