Ingredients
4largetomatoesUse any heirloom or fresh garden tomato
1poundfresh mozzarella cheese
fewsprigsfresh basil
olive oil
balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper
Instructions
Slice tomatoes and cheese into slices around the same thickness. Shingle slices of the tomatoes and cheese on a platter alternating every other one. Break of leaves of the basil and tuck them in between some of the tomatoes and cheese.
Drizzle with a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and fresh cracked pepper.
