Garlic Rosemary Beef Kabobs

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sirloin *see note* cut into one inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary crushed a bit with your hand
  • 5 cloves garlic smashed out of skin
  • cracked black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to broiler on high.
  • Pat the steaks dry then cut into one inch cubes. In a bowl, toss with all ingredients and let them sit room temp for 15-20 minutes while you preheat the oven.
  • Place the meat on metal skewers then on a baking tray lined with a rack.
  • Place on the top rack of the oven and broil undisturbed for 4-5 minutes. Using tongs, carefully flip the skewers, place under broiler one more time for 4-5 minutes. Remove from the oven and let them rest for at least 5 minutes. OR Place on a hot outdoor grill for 4-5 minutes/ side until charred a bit and cooked though!
