Creamy Herb Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 anchovy fillet from a jar
  • 1/4 cup fresh chives small handful, rough chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley small handful, rough chopped
  • juice 1/2 lemon 1-2 tablespoons
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • lettuce I used Bibb in the photo

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a small blender or food processor and blend til smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. I added 1/4 teaspoon salt and a dash of pepper.
  • Transfer to a storage container and refrigerate until ready to use. Spoon over lettuce as desired.
