Quick Sesame Beef Tacos on Keto Tortillas

- 6 keto tortillas * find recipe in link below
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoons sesame oil
- 8 ounces deli roast beef sliced thin then cut into wide strips
- 3 scallions choppped
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon chicken bullion sometimes called base
- 1 tablespoon cilantro chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- pinch red pepper flakes
- 2 cups angel hair slaw mix or thinly sliced green cabbage
Have your tortillas ready to go. In a medium bowl place the beef, ginger, sesame oil, 1 tablespoon regular oil, and scallions. Let this sit while you make the slaw.
In another bowl mix the rice wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon oil, bullion, sesame seeds, red pepper flakes and cilantro together, Mix the slaw in and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Heat a skillet over high heat then add the beef mixture, do not move it around for 1 minute to crisp up a bit then give it a stir and remove from the heat. Total cooking time is around 2 minutes here. Place the tortillas, slaw and beef on a platter and serve!
