Keto Turkey Reuben

One of the things I miss the most about eating low carb is sandwiches. This Keto Turkey Reuben makes a sandwich possible! The bread is a variation of the fathead dough. This dough is so versatile, you can use it for pizza, sandwiches, and even crackers. Once you get the hang of making the dough it becomes really easy to throw together.

I used a mortar and pestle to grind up the seeds. You could use a spice grinder or even just put them in whole if you wanted. The caraway seeds give it that classic taste of rye bread. It is so satisfying to be able to enjoy a sandwich that fits into my low carb lifestyle.
